You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All merchandise will be shipped UPS Ground within 7-14 business days.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, money orders, debit cards that carry Visa logo, and checks. No COD orders accepted.

Please note that checks will be accepted but order will not ship until check is received and has cleared your bank. This will result in a 7-10 business day processing hold on your order.

Purchases

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that she/he is purchasing paraphernalia and other goods (collectively "Merchandise") bearing Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. ( "Sorority") logos, copyrights and trademarks (collectively "Intellectual Property") for a member of the Sorority. Buyer also acknowledges and agrees that the Sorority retains all rights and ownership in the intellectual property on the Merchandise and thus restricts the subsequent sale of such Merchandise solely to Sorority members and prohibits the resale of such Merchandise on-line by third party websites including but not limited to eBay, esty.com and Amazon.com. Any attempt to do so will result in the forfeiture of the right to possess the Merchandise and the Merchandise immediately will become Sorority property.

Returns/Exchanges

All products are returnable only if unused within 7 days from date received.

Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without authorization cannot be accepted.
